Rosemary and thyme are both flavor packed herbs and also work well together. Try these herby meatballs with roast turkey or make a simple tomato sauce to go with pasta for a hearty meal.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
½ x 15g pack thyme leaves removed from stalks
½ x 15g pack rosemary leaves removed from stalks
454g pack 8 Cumberland sausages, casings removed
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ red onion, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180oC, gas mark 4.
2. Chop the herbs finely and mix with the remaining ingredients. Divide into 8 and roll into balls.
3. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
